Ralph, I just want to tell you again how thrilled I was by your almost-immediate response to my phone request on Wednesday, December 13. I am a new customer of County Waste's (formerly with Suburban Carting) and this was my first experience with your company. When I called for a special trash pick up, I was really expecting to get an inconvenient appointment sometime in the distant future. I was shocked when you said someone could be at my house in 30 minutes. But, just like you said, 30 minutes later Timmy Donohue arrived in my driveway. He was helpful, friendly and accomodating. The price was fair and he did a great job quickly and thoroughly. Thank you so very much to you, Timmy and County Waste. It is so wonderful to be on the receiving end of good service! I really appreciated all your help.
I've been a loyal and very satisfied customer for over 15 yrs. I can't say that for many other service companies I deal with. County Waste Company are extremely courteous and reliable. I highly recommend County Waste company for all your sanitation needs.
Just a quick note to express my happiness with County Waste since the take over and more recently Monday January 7th.
Briefly, due to some circumstances at my home, we had missed our scheduled pick up 3 weeks in a row. On Monday, I called Ralph at County to see if someone could double back to get my garbage. First of all he picked up on the second ring. A luxury since the takover,considering you were never able to get in touch with someone regarding a problem. He was curtious and responsive. He called the driver and called me back within 5 minutes to advise that Jimmy would be at my house in a few minutes. In fact, Jimmy showed up as I was hanging up with Ralph and was also a sweet and curtious person. Ralph later called me to see if everything went O.K.

When I realized we had forgotten to put it out and missed the delivery, I was hoping I might convince you to send back the driver. Recently I called to ask about a special bulk pick up for an old TV roof antennae. I wanted to write to say thank you for making this so easy. So often, when I call a company regarding some customer service issue, I get the run around and excuses for why something can't be done, or why there will be delays. Instead, you were helpful and pleasant on the phone, and communicated with the workers who came by the next day. The employee who came to the house (Andy) had a helpful attitude, offered to help bring the antennae to the street for me, and acted as though special service was no problem. I was surprised, because our last company (Mayfield) took forever to get back to me, if ever, and took forever to follow through. It's a small thing, but makes life a little easier! Thanks again!
