Recently I called to ask about a special bulk pick up for an old TV roof antennae. I wanted to write to say thank you for making this so easy. So often, when I call a company regarding some customer service issue, I get the run around and excuses for why something can’t be done, or why there will be delays. Instead, you were helpful and pleasant on the phone, and communicated with the workers who came by the next day. The employee who came to the house (Andy) had a helpful attitude, offered to help bring the antennae to the street for me, and acted as though special service was no problem.
